"Dottie Minerva" is a sixth-grade student at Wagstaff School who Gene Belcher recruits to be a part of his girl group, The Cutie Patooties. While in the group, Gene dubs her "Dottie Minerva," the real name of another member of the group. She makes her first appearance in "The Kids Run the Restaurant." She has appeared in the series mainly as an extra.
She is voiced by Wendy Molyneux.
