Accountability Billy in front of Mr. Frond's office. ("Cheaty Cheaty Bang Bang")
Accountability Billy is a "thera-doll" introduced by Mr. Frond in Cheaty Cheaty Bang Bang. Mr. Frond announces that the purpose of the doll is to allow students to anonymously report each others wrong doings, stating “you know the saying, everyone loves a tattle-tale!” Regular Sized Rudy reported another student, Neil Roberts to Accountability Billy.
Later, Tina dreams of a giant version of him talking to her voiced by Tim Baltz. Tina fears her bully Chelsea accused her of cheating and left a note reporting her to Mr. Frond.
