Barry is the operator of the Ooh La Liquor store on Ocean Avenue at the end of the block across from Front Street. He makes his first and only appearance in "The (Raccoon) King and I."
He is voiced by David Herman.
Story[]
In "The (Raccoon) King and I," Linda enters his store to access the backdoor to trap Little King Trashmouth outside of it with a box from the store to prevent an animal control officer from taking him.
