Becca is a girl attending the Kids Club at Henry Hackenbush Recreation Center. She is likely around seven years old, the age Gene Belcher pretends to be to get into the daycare program there.
She has curly red hair and wears glasses, a purple sweater and a turquoise cape.
When Gene is distracted by Ryder calling him a poo-poo head, Becca takes the bowl of slime that Gene was using and refuses to give it back when asked. They struggle and it dumps on Gene's shirt.
Later when Gene reveals his true age, Becca describes herself as a five-hundred-year-old-wizard. This causes Miss Erica to say she isn't helping.
