St. Vincent with Tina Belcher in the music video for the Bob's Buskers cover of "Bad Girls."
Bob's Buskers is a series of original songs from Bob's Burgers covered by various musicians. The first cover from the collection is "Bad Girls" by St. Vincent.
Description[]
All of the Bob's Buskers songs release with an animated music video, showing the musicians covering the song in the world of Bob's Burgers. The videos reference the episode featuring the song, like how the National drive to the farm featured in "I Bob Your Pardon" to release Drew P. Neck in their cover of "Saving the Bird."[1] In addition to changing the tone of the song, some of the covers also alter or rearrange the lyrics, like how St. Vincent adds a spoken bridge in her cover of "Bad Girls."[2]

Trivia[]
- The cover of "Burger of the Night" is the first one released on YouTube to be from the Animation Domination YouTube channel instead of the Behind Bob's Burgers one.
- The National band member Aaron Desner recycled the instrumental for the cover of "Give It to Teddy" to produce Taylor Swift's song "Dorothea."
- The National recorded a cover of "It's Thanksgiving for Everbody," whose release became indefinitely postponed because of the Paris terrorist attacks in November 2015 that happened soon after the release of "Gayle Makin' Bob Sled," the episode featuring the song.[3]
- The first song that the National covered is "Kill the Turkey," though it is not part of the collection.[4] St. Vincent's cover of "Bad Girls" is the first official cover of the collection.[5]
- "Meryl and Her Secret Admiral-irer Ballroom Dance" is not part of the collection, but it samples a cue used in "Secret Admiral-irer."
