Story[]
In "Torpedo," he races in mascot races at Wonder Wharf Baseball Park against Sammy Sea Lion, Cotton Candy, and later Gene. In Gene's final race, Gene is about to push Pel I. Can to win until he has a change of heart, but he pushes Gene instead and wins.
