Charlie

Charlie is an unseen character mentioned by Teddy in "The Cook, The Steve, The Gayle, & Her Lover"; he shares a workers union with Teddy. Throughout the episode, Teddy keeps mentioning that he's got plans with Charlie, but this is just a ruse to not attend Bob's dinner party which Steve also attends who Teddy doesn't like being Bob's friend.
