Cheryl is Hugo's Valentine's Day date in "Romancing the Beef."
She is due to meet Hugo at the rebranded-as-URGE-for-Valentine's-Day Bob's Burgers but doesn't seem to be showing up which leads to Hugo considering assuming his duties as health inspector. She eventually arrives having gone to a sex toy shop/theater called Urge in Bog Harbor and her phone battery having died meaning she couldn't contact him.
