Ronnie used to live in New York in a tiny studio apartment. He lofted his bed and put a love seat under it, but his search for love was never successful.

It's unknown if he's Linda's paternal or maternal cousin, but since he's Linda's cousin, he's also Bob Belcher's cousin-in-law and Tina, Gene, and Louise Belcher's first cousin once removed.
