Dave Titus was a student at Wagstaff School who was in seventh grade with Phillip Frond 35 years ago. Titus ran against Frond for seventh grade class secretary. Frond won the election after hiding some of Dave's votes meaning Dave may well have won the election had Frond not hid them.
