Bob's Burgers Wiki

Trivia[]

  • Louise's uncovered head is not seen in the episode, so it can still remain a mystery.
  • This episode is the first (and so far, only) time where Louise is seen onscreen without her bunny ears.
  • This episode marks the first time a character has been seen smoking a cigarette on screen (Critter).
  • Being the premiere episode of Season 3, it introduces the new intro for the show. It has noticeable changes, such as more sounds, cleaner animation, and Jimmy Pesto is seen on the reflection of the extermination van.
  • Robert Ben Garant is credited as Ben Garant on the end credits for this episode rather than his full name.
  • This was the first episode of the series to premiere on Comedy Central in the UK on October 21, 2015.
  • Critter and Mudflap's baby, born in this episode is later named Sidecar, as revealed in "Wag the Hog".
  • This is the first episode where the kids' bikes are first seen. However, they get a more formal introduction in "Bob Fires the Kids", which was produced before this episode.
  • Although not mentioned in any dialog, the One Eyed Snakes member with blonde hair who is voiced by Kyle Kinane is named Rat Daddy, according to the credits.
  • When pulling out hats out of a box for Louise to wear, Tina pulls out her mom's "Boob Police" trucker hat she bought and wore in "Food Truckin'."
  • A total of 5.46 million viewers watched this episode, making it the third most-watched episode of the series, behind "Mother Daughter Laser Razor" with 6.40 million viewers and "Human Flesh" with 9.38 million viewers.
  • The AV Club gave the episode an A- rating, stating The season premiere of Bob's Burgers represents the show at its best.
  • On the End Credits Sequence Louise has the words LUV and HAT tattooed across her fingers, acting as a double reference to the fact that "Love" and "Hate" couldn't be spelled out because like many cartoon characters she lacks one finger on each hand and that she had her hat stolen in this episode.
  • The script cover shows Louise's bunny ears designed to look like the flag of America, which is a reference to the helmet worn by Peter Fonda's character in the 1969 movie Easy Rider.
  • Another Easy Rider reference, other than the title, occurs when the Captain America chopper appears being ridden by a One Eyed Snake.
  • Critter's Harley in this episode is not the same as the one he sells in "Wag the Hog". This chopper has a purple paint job and drag bars. The bike he sells has a black paint job and apehangers. It is possible he built a new chopper from the stolen parts or modified his purple Harley.
  • The song that plays while Louise is searching for her hat is Vivaldi's Nisi Dominus in G Minor, RV 608, IV (Cum Dederit).
  • On the WPCH-TV airing for this episode, the scene where Louise has an encounter with Mr. Frond was entirely removed. Though David Herman is still credited for voicing Mr. Frond in the end credits.

Goofs[]

  • The One Eyed Snakes member's arm tattoos continuously change from either the left arm or the right arm.
  • Just before Critter looks in the restaurant's front window, he is shown drinking out of what appears to be a metal alcohol flask. When he throws the flask there is the sound effect of a glass bottle breaking.
