- The title is a play on Eat, Pray, Love, a 2006 memoir by Elizabeth Gilbert later made into a motion picture starring Julia Roberts and Javier Bardem.
- A total of 2.24 million households watched this episode.
- This episode was originally meant to be a Mother's Day-themed episode but was changed to focus on Linda's birthday after some uncertainty over when the episode would air. (see Behind the scenes) "Mom, Lies, and Videotape" later aired as the show's first Mother's Day-themed episode in Season 7.
- This episode takes place on June 3 as Tina inadvertently mentions that Linda's birthday is on this date in "The Kids Rob A Train."
- The dishwashing liquid in the Belchers kitchen is branded "Down", a parody of Dawn. This is the first time in the series that the label has been seen in such high detail.
- Linda gets dropped off by the guy with the horsebox attached to his truck outside the former location of Caffrey Taffy Company's factory that was demolished at the end of "The Belchies."
- The can of tomatoes Louise uses to fill Linda's tomato bath is the same brand used by Duval in "Mutiny on the Windbreaker."

- On July 16, 2015, it was announced that John Roberts had been nominated for the Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Character Voice-Over Performance for voicing Linda Belcher and Tim in this episode.

Goofs And Errors[]
- Linda's cleavage disappears and reappears between shots when she is in bed at the start of the episode.
- During the October 4, 2023's Adult Swim broadcast of the episode, the Cartoon Network screenbug aired accidentally. It was fixed after a few minutes.[1]
- Deirdre's name is misspelled as 'Dierdre' on her name tag and misspelled as 'Deidre' on the end credits, the correct spelling appears on the closed captioning.
- When Linda drops the orange under the car, the piece of gum isn't there but when she crawls out from underneath the car, the gum is suddenly there.
