Ernest G. Lombard, or Uncle Ernie (by the Belchers), was the son of Billy and Alice Lombard and the younger brother of Lily Belcher. He owned Lombard's Department Store before he had to close it. Lombard was also Bob's uncle on his mother's side. He makes his first and only appearance in a flashback in "God Rest Ye Merry Gentle-Mannequins."
He is unvoiced.

Ernest Lombard used to own his department store before he had to close it down as a result of OMG Mall's introduction. He passes away a few days before Christmas in "God Rest Ye Merry Gentle-Mannequins," but in his will, he left his storage facility to his nephew, Bob Belcher. However, he didn't inform his nephew that he let one of his employees, Chet, live there.
