Evelyn James is the former owner and operator of the Cosmic Drive-In movie theater. She hosts a final screening there before intending to put the property up for sale the next day in "Saving Favorite Drive-In."
Bob later tries to convince her to keep the theater open but she refuses citing her plan to retire, travel, and spend more time with her grandchildren.
