  • The game show Family Fracas is a parody of the longest-running Nickelodeon game show Double Dare. The name is a parody of Family Feud, which is also mentioned in this episode.
  • The original ending to this episode was going to involve the Belchers dumping Fracas Foam through the sunroof of Jimmy Pesto's minivan, making more of a happier ending for the Belchers.[1].
  • This is the first episode where the Pesto's apartment is seen.
  • In the Pesto's living room, a set of bookends with the letters J and P appear, standing for Jimmy Pesto (or Poplopovich).
  • Pam's line, "I sentence you to kiss my ass!" is identical to that of a line spoken by a judge in a movie in The Simpsons episode Marge Simpson in: "Screaming Yellow Honkers"
  • The internet video of Bob's pants coming off is called "Man Loses Pants on Family Fracas."
  • The script cover shows Chuck behind a stand and Jimmy on the left, and Bob on the right. Fracas Foam is also a backdrop.
  • Prizes on the Family Fracas wheel, starting with Minivan and going clockwise: Minivan, Bean Bag Chairs, Fracas Foam, Aquarium Tank, Fracas Foam, Patio Furniture, DVD Player and Fracas Foam.
  • When Harry and Chuck destroy the tape of the show being rigged, they committed a crime, as intentionally destroying evidence is an obstruction of Justice. Unfortunately they end up getting away with it as Pam didn't witness it.
  • This episode got negative reception.

Goofs[]

  • At the beginning of the Family Fracas episode between the Pestos and the Belchers, Zeke is shown watching the episode in his own living room but by the end of said episode he is in the Pesto's living room.
  • When the camera zooms out from the minivan at the end, the Store Next Door has the same colors and the sign of Bob's Burgers.
  • When Louise replaying of the scene of Bob's pants being ripped off, the Belcher's kids were wearing their daily clothes in the video, but they should wear the red costume.
    • Also, when replaying the video, the dialogue said by Bob and Chuck was not said when the event occurred.
