Gerald is an employer of Teddy. He makes his first and only appearance in "Mission Impossi-Bob."
He is voiced by Brian Gattas.

Appearance[]
Gerald is a man with grayish-peach skin and slicked-back white neck-length hair. He is slightly taller than Teddy, reaching around the top of Teddy's beanie, and he has big, unobscured ears that come from the bottom of his mouth to the midway point of his eyes.
In "Mission Impossi-Bob," Gerald wears a russet-colored top with an unbuttoned dark green overshirt on top. Below, he wears jeans and brown shoes that resemble Teddy's but have darker upper parts and yellower soles.
Personality[]
Based on "Mission Impossi-Bob," Gerald appears to be very paranoid and distrustful of others. While there's some justification, like how his mom steals from him, his worries lead him to excessive actions to alleviate it. To prevent his mom from stealing his vintage candy dispenser collection, he commissioned Teddy to build a false wall in his safe in his bunker, with the bunker's existence possibly stemming from his paranoia. Additionally, he conducts loyalty tests on handypeople he hires to make sure he can rely on them again, willing to sacrifice his money to see if any will steal it. When Teddy passes Gerald's loyalty tests, Gerald blindfolds him regardless when driving to his house to ensure he doesn't know the directions. However, after Teddy fixes the extension to the safe, Gerald decides to count on Teddy and let him remain without a blindfold when he drives him home.
His unnatural way of dealing with his lack of trust consequently causes Teddy and Bob to fear him, with Bob believing Gerald would kill him if he caught him helping Teddy after Teddy accidentally gets stuck in Gerald's safe.

Like previous handypeople, Gerald put Teddy through a loyalty test to make sure he could trust him, which he passed and is why Gerald later requested him to build the false wall in his safe. Despite Teddy needing to be careful around Gerald, Teddy is desperate to have Gerald trust him because of how rich he is. It results in Bob having to free Teddy from Gerald's safe so that Gerald will not be aware of Teddy's accident. However, after Gerald sees the false wall Teddy built for him, Gerald considers Teddy his "new friend" and eases his restrictions on him ("Mission Impossi-Bob").
His mom[]
Gerald doesn't trust his mom, as the reason for the false safe on his wall is to hide his candy dispenser collection from her so she doesn't steal them. However, he loves her, which Teddy tells Bob when explaining his situation with Gerald. Gerald also repeats this to Teddy when checking on Teddy's progress on the false safe ("Mission Impossi-Bob").
