Ginny is the troop leader of Thundergirls' Troop 119, the troop Tina Belcher belongs to. She makes her first appearance in "Tina Tailor Soldier Spy."
She is voiced by Brooke Dillman.

Despite stating that Troop 257 is her troop's archrival ("Tina Tailor Soldier Spy"), Bethany and Ginny have never interacted with each other onscreen. However, the main reason why Troop 119 is enemies with 257 is because of their competition with selling cookies, and Bethany isn't that serious about cookies sales unlike her own troop.
