Glenn is a handyman who appears setting up a window for Those Who Can, Dle Candles which occupies the Store Next Door in "Nightmare on Ocean Avenue Street". He is known as the "Smell Nice Handyman."
Teddy is jealous of him beating himself for jobs and decides to build a display for Bob's Burgers to outdo him.
Glen later reveals that he, in fact, wanted to impress Teddy, calling him a "handyman's handyman."
