Herbie is a celebrity impersonator who appears in "A Few 'Gurt Men. He is first seen complaining about finding a hair in his meal to Bob and asks for a refund. He is later seen leaving Jimmy Pesto's Pizzeria after having done the same thing. Realising he's obviously a scammer, they enlist Teddy, Mort, and Linda's help. After finding out online that he's an impersonator, they proceed to hire him for Mort's mother's 86th birthday part to perform as the Sacha Baron Cohen character Borat Sagdiyev.

After showing up and starting his performance, Bob asks him for a refund but is unsuccessful in redeeming said refund after being told by Herbie that he can't get a refund and cancel after one hour before a performance. Herbie leaves but to get his money's worth Bob asks him to complete the performance.
