- One of the letters Mike delivers to the restaurant has a "past due" stamp on it, a reference to the family often not being able to pay rent or bills on time.
- The Nurse's office appears different to how it appeared in "The Frond Files," although the scene in which it featured is not considered part of the series canon.

Goofs[]
- In a promotional image for this episode released by Fox, Tammy's hat is colored beige, it is purple in the final episode. Possibly to differentiate from Linda's sunhat as seen in a few episodes which appears to be similar in color to Tammy's.
- When Linda first sits on the new bar stools, her apron's pocket is over her left leg rather than her right.
- Zeke expresses a desire not to have his head shaved in this episode, but in "Bad Tina," he states that he wants to shave his head when he turns 14.
- Gene states that he hasn't been bald since he was a baby, but in a cutaway in "Beefsquatch," he appears bald during one of his "this is me, now" phases where he appears as a monk, although he could have just been wearing a bald cap.
- Regular Sized Rudy runs out of inhalant but his condition doesn't start to deteriorate as the episode goes on as it did when he didn't use his inhaler in "Carpe Museum."
