Mr. Kim runs the Kim & Son's Hardware store.
In "P.T.A. It Ain't So", Bob unknowingly insults him after making a joke about his parrot flying away when his parrot actually had flown away recently. Bob spends the episode trying to apologize/cheer up Mr. Kim and ultimately decides to get him a new bird, not knowing that Teddy has done the same in order to try and get his contractor's discount reinstated. They then find that Mr. Kim has already gotten a new bird and when they squabble to get into the store to give him the new bird first, it startles him and his new bird then flies around the store; thus, renewing his tensions with both of them.
He appears again in "Loft in Bedslation" where it is revealed that he kept all three of the birds let loose at the end of "P.T.A. It Ain't So"
