Mrs. Frock is the mother of Millie Frock. She makes her first appearance in "The Silence of the Louise," being her only physical appearance, but Millie mentions her in "Manic Pixie Crap Show."
She is voiced by Larry Murphy.
Story[]
In "The Silence of the Louise," Mrs. Frock greets Tina, Gene, and Louise to her home, pointing out how she knows Louise is Millie's best friend despite not meeting Louise because of all the images and drawings her daughter has of them together. Later, she doesn't let them in after Louise and Millie argue, though Millie allows Louise to enter after Louise apologizes.
In "Manic Pixie Crap Show," Millie has her parents' phones, which she got by claiming she was updating their ringtones, and uses her mom's phone to secretly communicate with Louise at the Pixie Princess Promenade and film what she sees. Millie brings up Mrs. Frock again, stating that she might love Louise more than her mom.
