— Mrs. Frond
|
Mrs. Frond is the mother of Phillip Frond. She first gets mentioned in "A Few 'Gurt Men" before she makes an actual appearance in "Thelma & Louise Except Thelma is Linda."
She is voiced by David Herman.
Profile[]
Appearance[]
Mrs. Frond is an elderly woman with wrinkly skin and gray hair. She wears a light-purple shirt, a pink skirt, white shoes, circular earrings that dangle from her ears, and a pair of black glasses.
Her design appears to be very similar to that over her son, Phillip.
Personality[]
Mrs. Frond's personality resembles the stereotypical old woman. One of her most notable personality traits is her concern for her son. She appears very easy-going, in sharp contrast to her son, who presents himself as nervous and high-strung, evidenced by his telling her to stop making siren noises while pursuing Louise. Despite her old age, she seems to have a desire to have fun, as seen when she requested to have her face painted ("Thelma & Louise Except Thelma is Linda").
Relationships[]
Family[]
Phillip Frond[]
Mr. Frond is in charge of taking care of his mother and helping her with errands, as seen when he took her to her podiatrist appointment in "Thelma & Louise Except Thelma is Linda." She appears to be concerned for her son, as seen when she asked him if he was happy at the Wonder Wharf.
Acquaintances[]
Linda Belcher[]
While her daughter runs back to Wagstaff to act like she served her entire in-school suspension sentence, Linda distracts Mr. Frond by introducing herself to Mr. Frond's mom and asking about the school's bake sale.
Other[]
Louise Belcher[]
When her son brings her along to find Louise in "Thelma & Louise Except Thelma is Linda," who he believes was playing truant at Wonder Wharf, his mom tries to help and make it fun, although her way of making it fun aggravated him. However, she didn't know who her son was looking for or what they looked like, and there was a prolonged period where Louise and Mr. Frond's mother stared at each other before the girl ran away without her son catching her.
