Neil Roberts is a student that Mr. Frond mentions in Cheaty Cheaty Bang Bang, asking him to come to his office to speak with Accountability Billy. Frond thanks Regular Sized Rudy implying Rudy tattled on Neil. Two days later, Neil is called back to Mr. Frond’s office for threatening Rudy for tattling.
