— Pepperoni

Pepperoni is a pony from a fictional story that Bob and Linda used to tell Tina, Gene, and Louise when they were younger. He makes his first and only appearance in "Fight at the Not Okay Chore-ral."
When they were younger, the pony's title was Pepperoni the Sleepy Pony, which was also the story name, and Bob and Linda assumably told it to get the kids to fall asleep.
As his name suggests, the pony likes eating pepperoni, and at the end of "Fight at the Not Okay Chore-ral," he eats a stick of pepperoni.
Bob and Linda retell the bedtime story in "Fight at the Not Okay Chore-ral." They modify the story a little. Louise says that he shouldn't be so sleepy, and Tina wants Pepperoni to be "really buff." In the retelling of the story, he's traveling "looking for a place to not sleep." He ends up in Westernville, a town with three siblings called the Blearps, who run the town's saloon, and two married sheriffs. He checks in to Tina Blearp's horse and people hotel.
When the Blearps were spying on the sheriffs, they rode on Pepperoni to chase after them.
When Sheriff Linda begins crying, Sheriff Bob tries distracting the townspeople by telling them to look at Pepperoni popping his pecs.
At the end of the story, Pepperoni eats a stick of pepperoni.
