Story[]
Almost 60 years earlier, Wilcox was present at a USO dance that Meryl Winters attended. He wanted to ask her to dance, but was too shy and did not see her again for the next several decades. During that time, he rose through the ranks of the Navy to become an admiral.
In his old age, he found out that Meryl was living at the Elegant Doily retirement home, and wrote a letter to her asking to make up for that last dance. Tina, under the guise of Meryl, replied, and several days later he wrote back agreeing to meet at the home. After that, on the night set up, he arrived late and apologized for doing so, before mistaking Bob (who was dressed in a fancy chef's jacket with powdered white hair) for another admiral, and having the dance with Meryl.
Some time later, Meryl left the Elegant Doily and moved in with Peter.

He only interacts with Bob in "Secret Admiral-irer" when the Belcher is wearing the disguise his family put him in. Bob and his family thought Peter's existence wasn't legit, but after discovering he wasn't fake, Bob stopped dancing with Meryl and saluted Peter as he left.
