Rick is the owner and operator of Pumpin' Patch Fitness, the Store Next Door featured in "A Fish Called Tina."
He offers Bob and Linda a free taster day at the gym after which they decide to become members. When they decide to cancel Rick refuses because they signed contracts.
Rick eventually agrees to cancel the contracts after Bob, Linda, and the recruited Teddy attempt to scare away potential customers exemplifying poor gym etiquette including not cleaning up their sweat and eating in the gym.
