Trivia[]

- The title is a reference to the 1953 movie Roman Holiday.

- An Instagram account with the name Patricia's 77 Sandwiches was set up shortly after the episode's premiere date featuring sketches of each of the 77 sandwiches with the creator posting as Patricia giving commentary on the sandwiches using continuity from the episode and series and including a joke "Two+ thumbs up!" rating from Steve.
- Two of the posters on the notice board at Patricia's 77 Sandwiches were previously seen on the board at the Touch N' Sea Aquarium in "Aquaticism". They are Mr. Limpets Fish Chat Lecture and the singles mixer poster.
- In a flashback sequence, Bob is standing at the grill in just his apron and underwear. On his back, there is a partial tattoo of an Equestranaut. This is a reference to the Season 4, Episode 17 "The Equestranauts" where he agrees to get a tattoo in order to infiltrate the Equesticles to get back Tina's Chariot doll.

- Grover Fischoeder is introduced in this episode, who later plays major roles in “Copa-Bob-bana” and The Bob's Burgers Movie.
- Felix appears alongside Grover and his brother but he has no lines.
Goofs[]
- When Bob rolls an orange down the road, it briefly disappears before being run over.
- Several items on the menu at Patricia's 77 Sandwiches are misspelled and have inconsistent grammar including commas missing, added hyphens, and unnecessary abbreviations.
- Sandwiches 25, 31, and 56 differ on the menu from what Patricia lists on the credits. These may have been changed to rhyme with the number called and the board probably wasn't updated to include this.
- The customer that ordered all 77 sandwiches never pays for them. He just walks in right as they finish and picks them up without being rung up by Patricia or Bob. He didn’t pay before either because as soon as Bob confirms the order over the phone, he hangs up to start making the sandwiches.
