Rodney is Mickey's friend who was recently released from prison and now attends Second Horizons Half-Way House. Rodney robbed a bank with Mickey previously which resulted with him getting arrested with his pants down. He has only so far appeared in Bob Day Afternoon.
When Mickey robbed the First Oceanside Savings Bank, he calls up Rodney to ask him what he should do to escape (due to the police force surrounding the bank). After Rodney hears that Sergeant Bosco is listening to his conversation with Mickey, Rodney hangs up saying that he doesn't want to be involved.
