Ron is a health inspector and partner to Hugo. He makes his first appearance in "Human Flesh."
He is voiced by Ron Lynch.

Appearance[]
Ron has curly strawberry-blond hair and a mustache. He is a slightly paunchy man with pale skin and a long nose. He is relatively tall, as he's taller than Bob Belcher. He wears a light blue shirt with a green tie, brown pants, and brown shoes.
Personality[]
Ron is often quiet, and tends to follow Hugo's strong lead. However, he is more than willing to point out Hugo's malpractices. In "Human Flesh," it is Ron who convinces Hugo to do the tests on the meat from Bob's Burgers and reveals to Bob at the end of the episode that the meat contains no traces of human flesh and is 100% beef. In "Lobsterfest," he persuades Hugo to not let Bob suffer because he acted as a "wingman" to Hugo when the latter was trying to hook up with Gretchen.

The Belchers[]
Ron is friendly and supportive to the Belcher Family. The Belchers in return genuinely like Ron, in contrast to their more pitiful and annoyed feelings towards Hugo. In "My Fuzzy Valentine," he gives Bob a carbon copy of the places they visit because Hugo revealed that the love tester machine Bob wants to buy as his valentine's gift to Linda is at an establishment they are visiting. In "Best Burger," he helps the kids attempt to stop Ray, the owner of Fig Jam, from getting to Gene as Bob needs the black garlic the kids stole for his burger. In "If You Love It So Much, Why Don't You Marionette?," he helps Tina and Gene sneak out behind a backdrop at the puppet theater.
