Samantha is a lady mortician and Mort's date in Weekend at Mort's.
She and Mort had double date with Bob and Linda at Jimmy Pesto's Pizzeria. Samantha and Mort got along with each other very well on the date, which made Linda jealous. She, like Mort, has a great faciniation in dead bodies. It's currently unknown if she is still seeing Mort, it is unlikely as Mort attended Linda's speed dating session and alluded to being single.
