Bob's Burgers Wiki

Trivia[]

  • Table read date: August 4, 2017.
  • The title is derived from the traditional rhyme "Something old, something new, something borrowed, something blue" denoting what a bride should wear on her wedding day for good luck.
  • Comedian Pete Holmes voices groom Connor Coloroso. Holmes married in real life while this episode was in production in late 2017.[1]
  • Linda references her love for chanting previously seen in "Carpe Museum."
  • A rare joint credit for both of David Herman's roles as the officiant and a wedding guest appears on the end credits whereas usually cast members are credited with voicing one character an episode.
  • Comparisons were made between this episode and the Season 10 finale of RuPaul's Drag Race where contender Asia O'Hara arranged for butterflies to be released from boxes and containers during her act but they were mostly either dead or unable to fly when released. Nearly the exact same thing happens during Connor and Farrah's wedding here.[2]
  • When Farrah's blankie flies into the wind, Gene whispers, "Looks like Frankie's going to Hollywood," a reference to British dance-pop band Frankie Goes to Hollywood.

Goofs[]

  • In the shot where Bob says, "Our burgers brought them together", his apron is colored the same as his t-shirt instead of white.
  • When Bob looks at his reflection in the spatula his hair isn't mirrored image and appears parted to the right as it usually does when he faces forward.
  • After the ceremony, the person who's likely Farrah's father, who walks her down the aisle and sits in the front row, disappears and is not seen again during the reception.
  • In the shot after Bob says, "I killed it, it's ruined," the sideboard on the grill has uncooked burger patties on it instead of the onion rings that appear in all other shots after the photobombing montage.
