In "The Deepening," a caricature of Spielberg is present as Bob tries to blow his block captain whistle.
In "Yes Without My Zeke," when Bob and Randy argue as Randy films his movie at Bob's Burgers, Linda brings up Spielberg, believing that the set of E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial also had drama between Spielberg and the titular alien.
In "To Bob, or Not to Bob," Linda mentions her achievement of directing a "hit" play and suggests she outdid Spielberg, but Bob points out that Spielberg doesn't direct plays.
