Bob's Burgers Wiki

Trivia[]

  • The official press release for this episode misspelled Gayle's name as "Gail."
  • Louise's line, "Don't bother tracing this call 'cause I'm not gonna be on long enough," is a parody of Hannibal Lecter's line when he talks to Clarice Starling at the end of The Silence of the Lambs.
  • Dizzy Dog appears on Gene's game.
  • Louise uses a Kuchi Kopi toothbrush at the start of the episode.
  • "That song that starts with Day-O" that Gayle references in her poem is a reference to the 1956 song "The Banana Boat Song" by Harry Belafonte.
  • Family Fracas and Pam's Court can be seen on Gayle's TV screen using archive footage from "Family Fracas".
  • The name of Gayle's board game is a play on the term gale-force winds, meaning very strong winds.
    • The game is also likely a reference to the 1900 novel The Wonderful Wizard of Oz. Both feature supernatural winds and a hostile, "wicked" witch with an army of monkeys.

Goofs[]

  • Dr. Yap's gloves disappear and reappear in between shots.
  • When Bob and Linda return home the front opens to the right from the inside instead of to the left.
  • Gayle changes into her nightdress unrealistically fast. She runs offscreen fully clothed and reappears in shot less than a second later with the nightdress nearly on.
  • When Louise takes Gayle's poetry pad off her, the page that Gayle was reading from has no writing on it.
  • Gayle's phone changes from a yellow corded phone to a black cordless phone when she calls Linda but changes back for the rest of the episode when it is seen again after the call.
  • During the hotel scene where Louise tries to get an indefinite stay using Bob's credit card it vanishes from the receptionst's keyboard after he looks at Louise's fake ID and mentions about the background of the photo.
