Bob's Burgers Wiki

Trivia[]

  • Table read date: Unknown.
  • The title is a reference to the 1991 Queen song The Show Must Go On.
  • This episode aired on cast member Larry Murphy's 51st birthday.
  • Despite having an Irish-theme in the subplot this episode is not a St. Patrick's Day-themed episode but incidentally was the last to air before St. Patrick's Day in 2023.
  • A modern rendering of Louise's show and tell cutaway from "Human Flesh" appears in this episode.
  • Slightly younger versions of Louise's schoolmates can be seen during the flashbacks. The most notable are Regular Sized Rudy, Andy and Ollie Pesto, Harley, Hogarth Haber, Large Tommy, and Wayne, who are all seen several times throughout the montage.
  • The flag Teddy puts up in the restaurant is not the flag of Ireland but the flag of Côte d'Ivoire turned upside down. The Cote D'ivoire flag is proportioned at 2:3 while the Ireland flag is proportioned at 1:2 while the flag in the restaurant is 2:3. This is more evident in a promo image where Teddy is holding the flag the right way up and it has grommets on the left side.
  • Louise asks Tina, "Is that what they said when those raiders discovered the lost Ark?" referencing the 1981 film Raiders of the Lost Ark.
  • Kathleen's appearance is slightly different than it was in her other appearances. Her general design remains the same but her colors have changed. Her skin is lighter than it was previously and her light brown hair is now red.
  • This is the second episode with a plot about one of the Belcher's poop problems. The first is "Poops!… I Didn't Do It Again."
  • The end credits song makes multiple references to facts about Tipperary GAA including their year of formation (1884) and The Town End stand at their home stadium, Semple Stadium.
  • This episode features several changes to the end credits;
    • Stephanie Earley is co-editor with Jeremy Reuben, ACE.
    • Melissa Bardin Galsky's role is changed to East Coast talent coordinator from Production coordinator/New York.
    • Bernard Derriman and Tony Gennaro now have an assistant (Megan Galloway).
    • Many other roles are titled different and some credits appear in different places.
