Bob's Burgers Wiki

Trivia[]

  • Table read date: September 30, 2016.
  • The title, script cover, and plot are references the 1991 movie, The Silence of the Lambs.
  • The scene where the Belchers visit Millie in her home is directly influenced from a scene from The Silence of the Lambs where protagonist Clarice Starling meets Hannibal Lecter for the first time. One notable example is the noise Millie makes when Gene gives her hard candy; a similar sound was used by Lecter in the original film.
  • The books Zeke and Jocelyn read for the read-a-thon are Animal Farm by George Orwell and Charlotte's Web by E.B. White respectively.
  • Millie's room is a near-exact replica of Louise's. Every item appears to be identical and is placed approximately where it would be in Louise's room. This also implies that Millie stalks Louise outside of school and has broken into her house.
  • One of Millie's locker presents for Louise is a photo where their heads have been superimposed onto the heads of the Grady twins from The Shining.
  • The song Millie and Louise sing on the karaoke machine is "Endless Love" by Lionel Richie and Diana Ross. The K-Pop song they also sing appears to resemble the lyrics to Psy's "Gangnam Style."
  • Tina wears the same swimwear to Wetty, Set, Go that she wore in "It Snakes a Village." Gene and Louise are wearing the same swimwear they wore in "They Serve Horses, Don't They?" Millie wears the same as Louise but with a swim cap in place of Louise's hat.
  • The design of the kitchen changes on the end credits sequence, the refrigerator is included to show the inspirational poster covering the choke hazard poster and the shelf above Bob's workstation has been corrected to appear where it actually appears in episodes rather than at eye level.
  • Robert from the pet store seen in "Eat, Spray, Linda" comes to collect the unsold posters from Yours Truly Stationery for hamster cage bedding. Linda mentions that she's "been down there" and seen the hamsters. In "Eat, Spray, Linda", it was revealed that Linda and Louise regularly visit the store together.

Goofs[]

  • When Tina, Gene, and Louise enter Millie's room, there is no door.
  • As Zeke exclaims that he needs help, a line momentarily appears on the right school external door.
