She is the first character to have their middle name revealed.
In the early production days of Bob's Burgers, she was originally a boy named Daniel, named after Dan Mintz. Later on, however, the staff felt like it wouldn't work, so they changed the sex of the character and gave the character a new name: "Tina" (though Mintz could still voice her as the producers thought Mintz's voice acting could pass for an awkward teenager).
She outgrows her shoes every 2 months. ("Beach, Please")
She is left-handed in most episodes, including "Bad Tina" and "Midday Run" where she can be seen writing her erotic friend fiction and the hall monitor log with her left hand respectively. In "The Frond Files" and "Sit Me Baby One More Time" she is playing a left-handed guitar.
In "The Frond Files," a goof appears during Gene's fart song. She pulls out some guitars for her and Louise to play. She begins playing it with her left hand, but in one shot, she's playing it with her right hand. All scenes after that has her play the guitar shows her being left-handed.
She used to be a thumb sucker ("Ambergris") and the series implies that she wore braces.
She writes everything in her diary, which is often read by Louise and Gene. Linda also skims it to make sure she is not on drugs. ("Sheesh! Cab, Bob?")
She participated in the ice bucket challenge to raise money for ALS research.[1] She nominated Paul Rudd, Chris Harrison, and Scott Van Slyke from the Los Angeles Dodgers baseball team because she says, "all of whom would look good in a wet t-shirt." Paul Rudd later voices Jericho, her imaginary horse friend in "The Horse Rider-er."
She claims to have a "Photographic butt memory." ("Wharf Horse")
In "Crawl Space," she states that Bob let her watch Night of the Living Dead when was eight years old, and a running gag has her thrashing in her sleep due to her strange dreams of zombies and kissing. She believes her sub-conscience and her budding sexuality are the main cause.
She has a body pillow named Jeffrey, mentioned in "Food Truckin'."
She used to chew on the sofa when she was a baby. ("Sacred Couch")
Her mom chewed her food for her when she had her tonsils removed. ("Synchronized Swimming")
Her dad er toy Equestranauts doll Chariot ("of whom she considers herself mother, caretaker, friend, and role model") the night before her fifth birthday after he and Linda realized they didn't have anything for her.
According to Bob, she has the thickest head of hair in the family. ("Tinarannosaurus Wrecks")
Her Central Park counterpart is Molly Tillerman as both are boy crazy, have a stalker personality, have a crush on a certain boy of their respective series, and have a artistic side.
In "Sliding Bobs," she creates an opposite world where Bob and Linda don't end up together, which leads her to create a universe in which she doesn't like Jimmy Jr.
She is bad at math like the rest of her family and is in a remedial math class. ("Can't Buy Me Math")
