Bob's Burgers Wiki

Trivia[]

  • The full title parodies two movies, War Horse and Dr. Strangelove or: How I Learned to Stop Worrying and Love the Bomb.
  • This is the first episode in which the usual opening sequence does not appear and have its title displayed on screen.
  • The flyers Mr. Fischoeder hands out outside Wonder Wharf read; "What's wrong with everyone? Why aren't you down at Wonder Wharf?"[1]
  • The end credits are a nod to a typical James Bond movie opening sequence, with a song sung by John Roberts in character as Linda Belcher.
  • Jordan Peele guest stars as Fanny, Felix's girlfriend. He had previously voiced Sandy Frye in the episode, "Easy Com-mercial, Easy Go-mercial".
  • Fanny dubs her "buttdress" Buttdress Buttdress-Ghali in reference to former UN Secretary General Boutros Boutros-Ghali.
  • A poster for the Deepening shark can be seen when Bob and Mr. Fischoeder exit the "Scream-I-Cane". It has a closed sticker on it referring to the attraction's fate at the end of The Deepening.
  • The script cover shows Mr. Fischoeder and Bob with angered looks. The carousel is behind them with Tina in front of the carousel, with a determined look.
  • Felix claims he "doesn't like degrading nicknames" and then immediately calls Fanny his "dirty flirty little squeeze-thing".
  • When Bob is first fantasizing about his beach burger place, a tiny preview piece of "Nice Things Are Nice" plays.
  • Gene mentions having saved 10,000 Skee-Ball tickets, hoping to trade them in for a Pontiac Solstice. That model car had ceased production in 2010.

Goofs[]

  • The closed captioning incorrectly has the word "golly" in place of Ghali when Fanny jokes about naming her "buttdress" Buttdress Buttdress-Ghali.
